CHILDREN DIE A WHOLE LOT OF WAYS IN THIS WORLD: GUNS, WAR, ACCIDENTS, CHILD ABUSE.
BUT THE #1 KILLER OF CHILDREN IS NONE OF THESE.

WE NEED YOU TO SPEAK UP, NOW.
IT'S EASY. HERE’S HOW:
WE'LL MAKE IT EASY AS 1-2-3:
1. What's the Water for the World Act?
Frankly, it's a no-brainer. This smart bipartisan legislation mandates that US foreign assistance investments be cost-effective and sustainable, target those in greatest need, and leverage private resources while requiring transparency. It integrates US water policy into our global development work far more effectively and efficiently. It will profoundly improve millions of lives -- and -- it won't cost a penny more! At this time of economic uncertainty, it makes all the more sense and cents! Plus every US dollar delivers $4 of increased productivity worldwide.
That helps everyone, including us here in the US.
So whether Republican or Democrat -- make sure YOUR representatives in Congress support this soon-to-be-introduced legislation (and if not, ask them why not!)
No one can possibly be against a cost-effective, safe glass of water for a child...can they???
2. SIgn this petition and we’ll get it straight to your congressional reps:
